西门子8DN9(GIS)汇控柜在双母线带专用母联开关接线方式下,当某间隔两把母线刀闸同时合上,母联开关发控制回路断线信号。正常的热倒母线操作前要求按顺序执行以下三个步骤:母差改为互联方式、母联开关改非自动、母线压变二次并列;正常倒母线操作在倒排间隔两把母线刀闸同时合上前,母联开关已经改为非自动状态,故发现不了联锁条件所引起的母联控制回路断线。文章对苏州陆慕变电站发生的母联2510控制回路断线异常进行了详细分析,根据分析结果,对西门子GIS母联控制回路提出了对策和建议。
