University＇s self-development goes against the cooperation with the primary and secondary schools while actually both sides are linked in the same web, and therefore, the double helix development can be considered to be a suitable cooperation pattern. Theorists need to be involved in deep practice, pay attention to the fusion of the ＂two-set＂ discourse patterns and so on, in order to win the enthusiasm of teachers＇ participation and the schools＇ support, and thus to lead the cooperation between universities primary and secondary from mere cooperation to perfection.
