网络环境下在管理类课程中开展研究性学习,不仅为管理类课程理论与实践的整合提供了一条独特的路径,而且有利于培养学生的自主学习意识、团队意识。为有效开展研究性学习,应当科学选题、合理提供资源,加强对教师的培训。

Developing research-based learning in management courses under network environment not only provides a special way for the conformity of the management courses theory and practice, but also is good to train self-study consciousness and teamwork consciousness of the learners. In order to carry out research-based learning effectively, we ought to select questions scientifically, provide resources reasonably and strengthen the training of the teachers.
