摘要 利用直接还原法开辟从含铌铁矿中提铌的新途径:用CO/CO2混合气体选择性还原含铌铁矿,90%以上的铁氧化物被还原为金属铁,而铌氧化物不被还原;磁选分离还原产物,去除金属铁,得到含铌矿物。其铌品位较原矿提高了近3倍。 The new way of niobium extraction from Nb contained iron ore by direct reduction is described in this article.When Nb contained iron ore was selectively reduced by a mixture gas of CO/CO 2,more than 90% of iron oxides were reduced into iron,and niobium oxides weren’t reduced.Then the iron was removed by magnetic separation and Nb contained mineral was obtained.The content of niobium in the remains is nearly three times higher than the raw ore.
