摘要
通过采用浸入式直读测氢仪对“转炉炼钢+LF炉+连铸”过程中[H]的来源进行研究,试验结果表明:转炉冶炼、LF精炼、浇注过程均存在钢水增[H]现象。增氢原因有:原辅材料及合金水分、系统耐材水分、耐材化学成分分解的碳氢化合物、钢液二次氧化导致钢水增[H]。分析影响钢液增氢的主要因素及环节.并提出了改进措施。
The resource of hydrogen during process-- steel-making with conventer+LF furnace+continuous casting was researched by using hydrogen instrument. The results show that hydrogen increased among conventer, LF furnace and casting, the reasons as follows: water and hydrocarbon of materials, alloy and refactory materials and oxidation of steel smelting. In order to solve the problem, improving mesures were put forward.
