探讨预应力钢棒用盘条的化学成分、力学性能以及生产工艺，简要介绍生产30MnSi工艺。经转炉-LF炉-连铸生产30MnSi，钢的成分控制在较小的波动范围，气体含量较低，满足钢种性能要求。

This paper discussed chemical compositions, mechanical properties and process, and introduced the process of 30MnSi. Through converter-LF furnace-continuous casting, the fluctuation of composition of steel and gas content were under control to satisfy requirements of this kind of steel.
