摘要本文对全球价值链的内涵、分析维度、治理结构和类型等相关理论进行了全面的回顾和系统的分析比较,对产业集群的升级类型、嵌入全球价值链的方式以及相应的升级模式进行综述,针对中国制造业的现状讨论了不同嵌入方式下集群的升级前景。
