钎焊和堆焊时复合板中成分扩散研究 被引量:2

摘要 在复合板进行钎焊或堆焊时成份要发生扩散,焊接的方法不同,各种元素的扩散情况也不同。本文主要是研究在爆炸的复合板上开槽钎焊和堆焊后,Cr、Ni、Al三种元素的扩散规律。基体材料是A3钢板,复合层是Cr3、Al2、Mo、Ni、Cu耐蚀材料,钎焊或堆焊材料与复合板的材料相同。通过试验发现,不论开槽深浅,在钎焊中的元素扩散规律、分布状态较为相同,只是扩散深度有所差异;而在堆焊中,开槽的深浅不仅对扩散深度有影响,而且元素扩散分布规律也相差甚大,这就为我们实际应用提供了可靠的设计依据。 Elements in composite plates can spread when braze welding and surfacing.The welding methods are different as well as the state of spreading of all kinds of elements.The spreading law of three elements of Cr,Ni and Al,after braze welding and surfacing in the exploded composite plates was studied.The based material is steel plate A 3,composite layer is corrosion resisting materials of Cr 3,Al 2,Mo,Ni and Cu.Test showed that nether deep nor shallow the trough was,the spreading law of elements is same as well as the state of spreading in braze welding,accept the spreading deep.But in surfacing,deep or shallow of though not only influence spreading deep,but also spreading law of elements are different.It provided reliable basis for utilization.
