急性嵌顿痔早期手术治疗的体会

The Experience of Acute Incarcerated Hemorrhoid Surgery For Early Treatment

目的探讨急性嵌顿痔早期手术疗效。方法回顾分析2003年1月至2008年12月36例急性嵌顿痔早期手术治疗的临床资料。结果36例病例中35例治愈,且无后遗症及并发症。1例因其为环形痔且重度脱垂嵌顿,时间超过5d并感染,术后出现肛门轻度狭窄,经扩肛治疗后恢复。结论急性嵌顿痔行早期手术治疗可取得较好疗效。

Objective This paper discusses the surgical therapeutci effects of early acute incarcerated hemorrhoid.Methods 36 cases of early acute incarcerated hemorrhoid surgery for clinical data from January 2003 to Decenber 2008 were reviewed and analized. Results In the 36 cases,35 cases of patients were cured with no after-effects and complications.In one case,because it is hemorrhoid rirg with severe prolapse and hemorrhoids incarcerated,over 5 days and of infection ,there was mild postoperative anal stenosis. After treatment anus recovery.Conclusion Acute incarcerated hemorrhoid surgery for early treatment can achieve a remarkable effect.
