脑动静脉畸形显微手术的术中管理

目的探讨脑动静脉畸形显微手术的术中管理方法。方法对20例脑动静脉畸形的显微手术患者进行完善的术中管理,正确的体位摆放,建立良好的静脉通路,加强用药及输血的安全管理,严格掌握仪器设备的使用要点,严格执行无菌操作,防止颅内感染的发生,密切观察病情变化,积极预防并发症的发生。结果20例接受脑动静脉畸形的显微手术的患者手术过程顺利,无1例因护理不当出现并发症。结论对脑动静脉畸形的显微手术患者进行积极而有效的术中管理,可以有效预防并发症,有助于手术的顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the managing methods on AVM microsurgeries.Methods 20 AVM patients were given wonderful management in operation,which include displaying the correct position,establishing a good intravenous access, strengthening the safety of blood transfusion medicine and management,strictly useing oequipment to master the main points,enforceing the sterile operation,preventing the occurrence of intracranial infection,observing the changes closely and preventing the occurrence of other diseases.Results All the patients＇ operations go smoothly without any complicating diseases resultted from careless nuresing. Conclusion Positive and effective nursing in operation was able to prevent complicating diseases effectively and was helpful for the operation＇s success.
