绝经后2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞计数特点

Study on the Peripheral White Blood Cell of Postmenopausal Type2 Diabetics

目的观察绝经后2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞计数的特点。方法收集门诊和住院部68例绝经后妇女病例,其中2型糖尿病38例、体检人群30例,检测体重指数、脉搏、血压、血脂、血糖、外周血白细胞计数,并将上述数据进行分析。结果2组间数据进行分析(t检验)后,2组病人体重指数、脉搏、血压、血脂无差异,外周血白细胞计数2型糖尿病组显著高于体检组。结论绝经后2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞计数较体检人群显著升高,提示绝经后2型糖尿病患者亚临床炎症指标升高,进行恰当处理可能减少心血管危险因素。

Objective To analyze the peripheral white blood cell of postmenopausal type2 diabetics.Methods Body mass index （BMI）, pulse（P）,blood pressure （BP）,serum lipids （SL）,fasting blood glucose （FBG）,peripheral white blood cell（WBC）were assessed in 38 postmenopausal type2 diabetics and 30 control subjects.Results Compared with control subjects,WBC was respectively elevated in postmenopausal type2 diabetics.Conclusion WBC was respectively elevated in postmenopausal type2 diabetics compared with control subjects.Subclinical inflammatory reaction in postmenopausal type2 diabetics may associated with myocardic risk factors.
