改善煤粉燃烧性能的研究

摘要 在武钢使用的无烟煤粉中掺入相当于喷煤粉量2%左右的由几种材料组成的添加剂以改善煤粉的燃烧性能,通过差热分析仪的静态试验和滴管燃烧炉、卧式燃烧炉的动态试验,优选出强化煤粉燃烧的添加剂,试验证明:优选后的添加剂,在实验室条件下,使煤粉着火温度降低20~30℃,燃烧速度提高近一倍,燃烧效率提高6%,充分改善了煤粉燃烧性能。 In order to enhance the combustibility an amount of additive equal to 2% wt of the total injected coal powder is added to the anthracite powder now used in WISCO Several elements most benefitial to improve combustion of coal powder are selected as the optimum components for the additive through static experiment with a thermo balance analyzer and through dynamic testing in a dropper combustion furnace and a horizontal combustion furnace. Test results demonstrate that the selected additive can drop the ignition temperature by 20~30℃, double the combustion speed, raise the combustion efficiency by 6% and thus fully improve the combustibility of the coal powder.
