摘要
通过在结晶器铜板上建立二维温度场模型,用系统辨别的方法,求解热传导反问题,在结晶器铜板的一个层面完整地确定铸坯表面热流密度分布。试验数据显示算法是有效的。
Using part of actually measured temperatures of the mould as the reference point the problem of inverse heat conduction is solved by means of establishing a two dimensional temperature field model on the copper plate of the mould and applying the system identification method. In the meanwhile the dirstribution of heat flow density on the surface of billets is determined at a layer of the mould. Test data shows that this method is valid.
