焊接接头氢陷阱性质及捕获氢能力 被引量:2

摘要 用电火花切割方法,制备出10SiMnNiCr钢焊接接头母材、熔合线(含HAZ区)及焊肉的特殊试样。用真空加热炉分别作晶界、夹杂陷阱氢逸出处理,用离子探针测氢逸出量(或捕获量),结果是(1)焊接接头的晶界陷阱及夹杂物陷阱捕氢量依焊缝、HAZ、母材次序从高到低;(2)晶界陷阱是弱陷阱,夹杂陷阱是强陷阱。 Special test pieces of the base metal,bond line (including HAZ) and weld metal of the welded joints of 10SiMnNiCr steel were prepared and tests of hydrogen escaping from the grain boundary trap as well as from the inclusion trap were made in a vacuum heating furnace and then the amount of hydrogen being escaped from the traps (or amount of hydrogen being caught) was measured with an ion probe.Conclusions from the test results are (1) the hydrogen amounts caught from the grain boundary trap and inclusion trap of the weld joints are stepping down gradually from the weld seam through HAZ to the base metal,(2)the grain boundary trap is a weak trap and the inclusion trap,strong one.
