摘要
目前我国经济增长将进入以资源和投资为驱动要素的经济增长方式转向以技术、信息和知识经济驱动要素为主的创新增长阶段。与此同时,文化创意成为现代经济增长和转型的主导要素,创意产业又成为全球经济新一轮竞争发展的热点。与国外比较,中国创意产业还处于观念滞后、战略思路模糊、着力点不明确、创意环境相对缺乏的阶段,积极探索我国发展创意产业的基本战略,营造创意产业发展的政策环境,将有助于我国创意产业的深度发展和实现经济增长方式的转型,形成新的经济增长点。
The economic growth of China will step into a new innovative growth stage,with technology,information and knowledge rather than resources and funding as the main driving factors. Meanwhile,cultural creative industry becomes the leading factor for the growth and transformation of modern economy. The creative industry is the hotspot in the new round of development competition of the global economy. Compared with the other countries,the development of creative industry in China is still on a relative poor stage with lagging creative ideas,ambiguous strategic thinking,unclear focuses and relatively lack of creative environment. Thus,positive exploration of basic strategies for developing the creative industry and creativity of policy environment for innovation of it will improve its development in depth and realize the transformation of economic growth mode,and finally form the new points of economic growth.
