摘要
根据球墨铸铁在凝固过程中的膨胀特性，对铸铁凝固过程中的膨胀和收缩这一对矛盾因素的定量计算，提出了球铁轧辊无冒口铸造工艺，探讨了用该工艺生产的轧辊缩孔与缩松的特性，在此基础上重新设计了冒口尺寸并对性能进行了检验，试验结果表明；采用无冒口铸造工艺制造球铁轧辊是可行的，更经济，且轧辊性能好于传统工艺。
According to the expansion characteristics of nodular-iron in soli difying process and based on the quantitative calculation of expansion and contraction,the riserless casting technology for nodular-iron roll is proposed and the features of shrink hole and looseness in roll produced with this technology are discussed.
