摘要
通过对首钢选矿厂、唐钢棒磨山铁矿选矿工艺流程改造中磁聚机应用效果的简介,说明了磁聚机既能提高台时处理量,又能提高精矿品位的特殊作用。之后,作者用重选理论剖析了磁聚机的重力选矿本质,还阐明了其外加磁场只是强化其分选效果的观点和磁聚机归类于重力选矿设备的观点。
With introduction to the application in process reforming of ore dressing in Shougang Ore-dressing Plant and Bangmoshan Iron Mine of Tangshan Iron and steel Company,it is demonstrated that with the use of magnetic collector not only the treating quantity of per machine in unit time can be increased but also the grade of fine ore raised.Then the essence of gravity separation of magnetic collector is analysed with gravity seperation theory and the opinion is offered that the additional magnetic field just strengthens the separating process and the magnetic collector should be classified into the gravity separating equipment.
