摘要
深水钻井喷射安装导管作业中喷射管串的结构特殊,受力复杂。作业过程中喷射管串系统的内、外层管柱处在不同的受力系统中,正确分析喷射管串系统在作业过程中的轴向力是分析管柱整体变形和应力的基础。分析发现:底部钻具组合的轴向力主要受马达、钻头压降产生的水力推力、射流反作用力及钻头钻压的影响,导管上的轴向力受地层和入泥导管之间的摩擦力影响,二者通过导管送入工具相互传递。计算了作业过程中喷射管串各部分的轴向力分布,并讨论了导管柱上的中性点随导管安装深度的变化规律,对喷射安装导管设计和作业具有实际意义。
Jetting string used in deepwater jetting operation of conductor has a special double-pipe structure,it is composed of inner bottom hole assembly (BHA) and outer conductor,which are in different mechanical systems.The axial load of jetting string is important for deformation and stress calculation on whole tubular string.Analysis indicates that axial load of conductor depends on friction resistance,and the load of BHA is influenced by hydraulic thrust load,jetting reacting force and weight on bit (WOB).The axial load can be transfered by running tool between both inner and outer tubules.The distribution of axial force along jetting string is calculated and the change law of neutral point on conductor during jetting operations is analyzed.It is useful for jetting conductor design and operations.
