摘要
无缝钢管生产中,要求三辊穿孔顶头具有良好的高温强度,高温韧性,冷热疲劳和机械疲劳强度以及抗磨损能力。热处理可以改变材料的金相组织,保证模具零件必要的高温强度、耐磨性、红硬性和冷热疲劳强度等,对穿孔顶头的使用寿命起着非常重要的作用。3Cr2W8V钢制三辊穿孔顶头采用低淬高回工艺,即可满足其使用性能要求。
In the seamless steel pipe manufacture, the three rolls punching stamp must have the well high temperature intensity, high temperature toughness, cool-thermal fatigue and inflexible fatigue resistance strength along with wearing resistance capability. The heat treatment may transform the metallographic structure of stuff, guarantee pattern parts to have indispensable high temperature intensity, wearability, red hardness and cool- thermal fatigue resistance performance, these play an important part to improve service life of punching stamp. To adopt low temperature quenching and high temperature temper technique for 3Cr2WSV three rolls punching stamp can meet the requirement of the employ performance.
