摘要
利用质谱仪在线分析转炉烟气进行冶炼过程动态控制是中小型转炉实现炼钢自动化的最有效途径之一。据此,介绍了该技术在涟钢100 t转炉上的应用情况,并对动态控制模型进行了优化,达到了良好的应用效果。
To analyze the off-gas of BOF continuously by spectrometer is one of the best way to realize automatic steel-making in middle and small BOF. In view of the above, this paper introduces the application situation of this technique in 100 t BOF at Liangang, moreover makes optimization for dynamic controlling model, thereby obtains well application results.
