摘要
本文旨在回顾和总结新中国成立以来特别是改革开放以来我国政治发展的历史成就,研究和探讨我国民主政治建设的基本途径和战略,论证和分析坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的依据和内涵。在对我国政治发展和民主政治建设的成就高度概括的基础上,辨明我国政治体制改革作为民主政治发展基本路径的重要性以及未来走向与战略,以社会主义民主政治内在逻辑的高度审视中国共产党的党内民主模式的价值和意义,并从新的视野上阐释坚持走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的必要性与合理性,揭示形成民主政治的"中国模式"的世界意义。
This paper aims to review and summarize the historic accomplishments of Chinese political development since the founding of the new China, especially since the implemenation of the reform and opening-up policy; explore the basic approaches and strategies for building political democracy in China; and analyze the foundation and significance of adhering to the route to socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. Based on a general analysis of the accomplishments in political development and political democracy in China, this paper points out the significance of Chinese political system reform as a basic approach to political democracy as well as its strategies and future, reviews the value of the inner-party democracy model of the CPC in terms of the inner logic of socialist democracy, illustrates from a new perspective the necessity and rationality of adhering to socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, and expounds the global significance of formulating a ＂Chinese model＂ of democratic politics.
