云南师范类毕业生就业的外部因素初探

On the Emplyment Situation Faced by Graduates from Normal Universities in Yunnan Province

师范类毕业生因教育在经济社会发展中的重要地位和自身的专业属性而在传统就业中占据优势地位,尤其在基础教育系统,就业率一直较高。而近年来,随着国家社会经济形势、师范生就业政策的变化和大学生就业市场化的不断深入,云南师范类毕业生就业竞争日趋激烈,就业难逐步显现。从外部看,影响云南师范类毕业生就业的因素主要有经济、社会、公共政策、高校教育、家庭环境、自然文化等六个方面,文章对此作粗浅探析。

Graduates from normal universities are traditionally supposed to be more competent in job -hunting due to significance of education in economic and social development and the quality of their profession, especially enjoying a considerable employment rate in basic educational system, however, with the alteration of the trend of economy, society and employment policy on graduates from normal universities. Graduates from normal universities in Yunnan Province are facing more challenge and tough market -oriented situation in recent years, externally, the six factors that affect their employment are as follow： ecomomy, society, public policy, higher - education, fandiy background and natural culture. This aticle gives a general analysis ans research upon this aspect.
