摘要
以二乙醇胺、氯化亚砜为原料,以氯仿为溶剂,合成双(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐。考察了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响,确定了最佳的合成工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下双(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐的收率达到84.6%,经红外光谱分析验证与目标化合物的结构一致,该方法操作简单,经济环保。
Bis(2-chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride was synthesized from diethanol amine with thionyl chloride as chlorination agent and chloroform as solvent. The influence factors of usage of chloroform, the molar ratio of the naterials, the reaction temperature and the reaction time were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The yield of bis (2-chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride was 84.6%. The result was identified by infrared spectrum. This process is simple, economic and environment-friendly.
