摘要
工学结合、半工半读中教学管理质量和效益的提高,需要建立五种机制,即教学决策的民主开放机制、教学组织的目标整合机制、教学机构的循环受控机制、教学质量的动态监控评价机制以及教学管理的正向激励机制。在教学管理策略上,要进一步加强和完善教学计划管理,突破传统的教学行政管理框架,强化以实践为主的教学运行管理,建立科学的教学质量管理体系。
To enhance the quality and effect of teaching management in the model of combination of working with learning and part-time working with part-time learning, five kinds of mechanism should be built: democratic and open mechanism for teaching decision-making, objective integrated mechanism for teaching organization, circulation control mechanism for teaching institutes, dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanism for teaching quality and positive inspiration mechanism for teaching, management. In the aspect of teaching management strategy, the following measures should be taken: further strengthen and optimize teaching plan project, break through traditional teaching administrative management framework, strengthen teaching operation management subjected by practice and construct scientific teaching quality management system.
