木薯淀粉/PVA复合膜制备工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了淀粉与聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜的制备工艺,考察了二者的配比、交联剂的种类及用量、交联温度和时间对复合膜拉伸强度的影响,并采用红外光谱(IR)对复合膜进行了结构分析。结果表明:复合膜产生了较好的交联,淀粉与PVA最佳质量比为5∶3,交联剂为三偏磷酸钠与硼酸(两者质量比为1∶1),交联剂总用量为0.2g,交联温度为130℃,时间为3h。 In the paper, tapioca starch and polyvinyl alcohol were crosslinked by the crosslinker. By means of single-factor experiments, the tensile strength of composite membranes was the main basis to determine the ratio of starch and polyvinyl alcohol, the type of crosslinker, the amount of crosslinking agent, crosslinking temperature and crosslinking time. The constructure of the composite membrane was analyzed by IR. The experimental results showed that: starch and polyvinyl alcohol have taken place in a better crosslinking, starch and polyvinyl alcohol for the best ratio of 5 : 3, crosslinker with the ratio of 1 : 1 for three satisfied metaphosphoric acid to boric acid, the amount of crosslinking agent is about 0. 2 g, the temperature of crosslinking is 130℃, crosslinking time is 3 h.
