摘要
采用氨基硅及苯氧基大位阻配体,对六氯化钨进行改性,辅以烷基氯化铝组成高效价廉的催化体系,从而合成出聚双环戊二烯工程塑料。既解决了催化体系与单体不相溶问题,同时又提高催化活性,降低了主催化体系对惰性条件的依赖性以及反应对单体高纯度的要求。实验表明,通过本催化体系催化合成的聚双环戊二烯材料具有良好的热稳定性能和优异的耐介质性能,有较高的附加值,应用前景十分广阔。
In this paper, poly-dicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) was synthesized by dicyclopentadiene (DCPD), using modified WC16-EtxAlCl3-x as the catalytic system,which is high-performance and lowcost. We used amino-silane ligand and phenoxy ligand as macroligand to modify the primary catalysts, not only to resolve the problem of the miscibility, but to increase the catalytic activity, and to reduce the dependence of inert atmosphere of catalytic system and the requirements of monomer purity. The result indicated that PDCPD materials which are synthesized by this catalyst system have good heat stability and resistance of excellent dielectric properties. It is a higher value-added material and will have very broad application prospects .
