摘要
通过对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)配方中硫化体系、补强体系和填充体系变量进行配合实验,采用正交试验法考察过氧化物、硫磺、炭黑以及填充纤维4个因子对EPDM抗撕裂性能的影响,具体分析了其差异以及产生的原因,并找出了优化的EPDM抗撕裂配方工艺条件。
In this dissertation,carried out some tests via the variable curing system, carbon blackreinforcing and filled polymer system in the recipe of EPDM. Used the orthogonal testing method to investigate the effects of the peroxide,sulfur,carbon black and filled fiber etc. on the tearing-strength of EPDM. Particularly analysed the differences and the produced reasons, finally, we found the optimum processing condition of the EPDM tearing-strength.
