摘要
通过对鞍钢新三烧生产的6种不同碱度(R=1.50~2.30)的烧结矿矿物组成及显微结构的观察,分析了其机械强度及冶金性能。结果表明:随着碱度的提高,烧结矿的强度及还原性逐渐变好。同时指出:采用30%的酸性球团矿与70%的高碱度烧结矿搭配是高炉较好的炉料结构形式。
Under the condition of raw material of New No.3 Sintering Plant of AISC,mechanical strength and metallurgical property of six kinds of sinter with different basicity(R=1 50 ̄2 30) are analyzed through observing the mineral composition and micro structure.It shows that the purity and reducibility of sinter will be improved with basicity,and blending 30% of acid pellet and 70% of high basicity sintered ore with about 2 0 of basicity together is a better charge structure.
