鞍钢不同碱度冷烧结矿质量和冶金性能分析

Analysis on the Quality and Metallurgical Property of Cold Sinter with Different Basicity

通过对鞍钢新三烧生产的６种不同碱度（Ｒ＝１．５０～２．３０）的烧结矿矿物组成及显微结构的观察，分析了其机械强度及冶金性能。结果表明：随着碱度的提高，烧结矿的强度及还原性逐渐变好。同时指出：采用３０％的酸性球团矿与７０％的高碱度烧结矿搭配是高炉较好的炉料结构形式。

Under the condition of raw material of New No.3 Sintering Plant of AISC,mechanical strength and metallurgical property of six kinds of sinter with different basicity(R=1 50￣2 30) are analyzed through observing the mineral composition and micro structure.It shows that the purity and reducibility of sinter will be improved with basicity,and blending 30% of acid pellet and 70% of high basicity sintered ore with about 2 0 of basicity together is a better charge structure.
