摘要
低合金耐磨铸钢因含有Cr、Mo等元素,且显微组织为马氏体或马氏体+贝氏体,不仅强度、硬度远高于高锰钢,冲击韧性也接近于高锰钢。目前在大型水泥磨、煤磨上使用已显示出明显的优势,使用寿命比高锰钢提高1~2倍,在很大程度上可取代高锰钢,具有广泛的应用前景。介绍了国内外在这一方面的研究与应用情况。
The micro structure of low alloy wear resistant cast steel is martensite or martensite with bainite for it contains Cr,Mo,etc,not only its strenth and hardness are higher than those of high manganese steel,but its impact toughness approaches that of it.This has been used in large concrete grinding mill and coal grinding mill,having showed evident superiority with service life 1 ̄2 times more than that of high manganese steel,to a great extent it can be instead of high manganese steel and applied widely.The investigation and application in this aspect in domestic and foreign countries are introduced.
