摘要
利用LI-6400便携式光合仪测量牛蒡子、蒲公英和水飞蓟的光合特性,主要包括光强、水分、蒸腾作用、气孔导度和胞间二氧化碳。结果表明,①牛蒡子、蒲公英和水飞蓟具有午休现象,成熟叶片的净光合速率日变化呈"双峰"型,第1峰出现在上午10:00,第2峰则在下午16:00,第二峰比第一峰分别下降了11.33%、11.29%和10.42%;②牛蒡子、蒲公英和水飞蓟光响应中,水飞蓟光饱和点最高,为1 600μmol.m-2.s-1,蒲公英的光补偿点最高,为45.3μmol.m-2.s-1,其中水飞蓟光饱和点比牛蒡子和蒲公英分别高14.28%和60%,蒲公英的光补偿点比牛蒡子和水飞蓟分别高32.45%和79.05%。
In this paper,LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to measure the photosynthetic characteristics of Arctium lappa L. ,Taraxacum officnala L. and Silybum marianum L,which Mainly including light intensity,moisture, transpiration, stomatal conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide. The results showed that, 1. Arctium lappa,Taraxacum officnala and Silyburn marianum have Midday depression. The diurnal chang of net photosynthetic rate of mature leaves are "double peaak" type,one peak at 10:00,the other peak at 16:00. The second peak than the first peak were dropped by 11.33 % ,11.29 % and 10.42 % ,2. Silybum marianum light saturation point is the highest, 1 600 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 in the this process of the three plants' light response. Taraxacum officnala's point maximum compensation is the highest,45.3 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. Silybum marianum light saturation point was higher than Arctium lappa and Taraxacum officnala for 14.28 percent and 60 percent,the light compensation point of Taraxacum officnala was higher than Arctium lappa and Silybum marianum for 79.05 percent and 32.45 percent.
