摘要
介绍了本钢１７００ｍｍ热连轧机支承辊油膜轴承原有的技术性能、装配结构及锥套的结构特点，通过分析，阐述了锥套采用“ＫＬ”无键结构的必要性及设计思想，具有一定的实际参考价值。
The original specification,assembly structure and cone sleeve's structure characters of filmatic bearing for back up roll on 1700mm tandem hot rolling mill in BISC is introduced here.Through analysis,the necessity and design idea of “KL” non key structure for cone sleeve are described,which gives a certain reference to practice.
