摘要
内螺纹铝管胀管时凸筋受到损伤,直接影响内螺纹铝管的传热性能.为此,本文采用新的胀管方式对内螺纹铝管机械胀管工艺进行了研究.结果表明:影响内螺纹铝管凸筋损伤程度的因素有芯头定径带直径、摩擦条件、胀管方式等,芯头定径带直径越小,润滑条件越好,采用多次胀管,凸筋损伤小.
In this paper, a new method for mechanicla expanding processing of Aluminium internal rids tuds was studied Applied experiment results indicates that the diameter of core and frictional coefficient and the way of tude bulge forming has an effect on the height of internal rids in the diameter expanding process of Aluminium internal ribs tude.
