摘要
针对铁路隧道渗漏水病害,采用聚合物乳液改性砂浆对其进行封堵。确定了聚合物乳液的最佳掺加工艺并对聚合物乳液改性砂浆的力学性能、防水性能进行了研究,结果表明,聚合物乳液在降低砂浆抗压强度的同时可显著提高砂浆的抗折强度。掺加适量聚合物乳液可以改善砂浆的防水性能,与空白试样相比,当聚合物乳液掺量为20%时,其抗渗压力提高了200%。
Polymer emulsion modified mortar is prepared as the sealing material for rail tunnel to control seepage water. The optimal mixing technology is obtained. The water resistance property and mechanical property of polymer emulsion modified mortar were studied. The research indicates that the rupture strength of mortar is increased effectively and the compressive strength is reduced by admixing polymer emulsion. Defined amount polymer emulsion improves the water resistance property of mortar. And compared with the blank sample, its resistant exudation pressure is increased by 200.0% when the polymer emulsion mixing amount equals to 20%.
