摘要
充分地分析了我国中小型电业企业的特点及存在问题，在此基础上，阐明了建立网络管理系统的可行性和必要性．说明了本系统所选技术和平台的依据，最终设计并实现了网络管理系统．
Characteristics and existent problems of middle or small power enterprise are fully analysed. On the basis of analyaze, it is necessary and practicable to construct network management system. Network and platform that is selected in thes system is introduced. Network management system has designed and built.
