摘要
针对BOT项目的优势,阐述其存在的风险类型,利用L-A模拟法将效用量化,同时确定一个校正系数减小个人偏好的影响,最后EUV理论对BOT项目是否承接做出决策。
Aiming at the advantage of BOT projects, it expatiates on the type of risk. LA quantify effectiveness, and a correction factor is established so as to reduce the impact of Finally, EUV theory is used to decide whether to undertake BOT projects.
