摘要 该文通过对酸性染料C.I.酸性红266的盐析、结晶、干燥、拼混、研磨等商品化加工条件与染料溶解度关系研究,发现染料经不同pH、不同干燥温度和研磨条件将改变C.I.酸性红266的晶型、颗粒大小,对染料的溶解度产生一定的影响。选择合适的盐析结晶pH介质、助溶剂、分散剂等综合的商品化加工过程,是提高酸性红266溶解度的有效途径。 In this paper the relationn between the solubility of C.I.Acid Red 266 and the condition in the process of their commerciall production,such as salting out, crystallization, desiccation,mixing and milling etc, have been studied. It have been found that the physical form changes of C.I. acid red 266 such as crystallization and particles size, would effect on their solubility, and the physical form changes were produced by the action of pH, desiccation, mixing and milling. It is an effective approach to improving the solubility of C.I.Acid Red 266 buy means of the comprehensive commercialization process, These process are consist of the suitable selection of the acid or alkaline mediun of salting out, assistant solvent, and dispersant.
