摘要 目的:研究瘤果黑种草子超临界萃取物的化学成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对瘤果黑种草子超临界CO2流体萃取物的化学成分进行分析,并通过面积归一化法对各色谱峰进行定量分析。结果:从瘤果黑种草子超临界CO2流体萃取物中共鉴定出26种化合物,其中挥发性成分16种,脂肪酸10种。结论:挥发性成分以烯酸、酮为主,脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸为主,与其活血通经等药理作用相符。 Objective: To study the chemical composition of the Extracts from Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction (SFE-CO2). Methods: Analyzing the chemical composition of the Extracts from Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint by SPE-CO2 through gas chromatography-mass spectometry (GC-MS), the area normalization method was used to calculate the contents of peaks. Results: Twenty-six compounds were identified, of which there were 17 volatile components and 10 fatty acids. Conclusion: The principal chemical constituents of the volatile components are olefine acid, ke- tone, fatty acid is based with unsaturated fatty acids and in line with pharmacological effects.
