维药伊木萨克片对半去势雄性大鼠性行为学的影响

The effect of Yimusake tablet on the sexual behaviors of hemi castration male rats

目的:研究维药伊木萨克片对半去势雄性大鼠性行为学的影响。方法:从60只性功能正常的雄性SD大鼠中随机取10只为正常对照组,余50只行右侧睾丸摘除后随机分为半去势空白组、男宝对照组及伊木萨克低、中、高剂量(78、156、313mg/kg)组,相应药物干预6周后,进行性行为学检测。结果:半去势空白组骑跨、插入、射精潜伏期较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.05),骑跨、插入、射精次数较正常对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。伊木萨克低、中、高剂量组骑跨、插入、射精潜伏期均短于半去势空白组和男宝对照组(P<0.05),长于正常对照组(P<0.05);伊木萨克低、中、高剂量组骑跨、插入、射精次数较半去势空白组和男宝对照组显著增多(P<0.05),但少于正常对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。伊木萨克各剂量组在插入潜伏期,低中剂量组在插入、射精次数与男宝对照组之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)半去势可显著影响雄性大鼠的交配能力,并可导致雄性大鼠性功能减退。(2)伊木萨克片能够显著提高半去势雄性大鼠的交配能力。

Objective： To study the effect of Yimusake tablet on the sexual behaviors of hemi castration male rats. Methods： Sixty SD rats of normal sexual function were selected. Ten were cbosed as normal control group. The other 50 removed the right testes and then divided into hemi castration blank group, Nanbao group, Yimusake high-dose group （313 mg/l^g）, middle-dose group （156 mg/kg） and low-dose group （78 mg/kg）. Six weeks later after given drugs, the sixty rats were detected by mating tests. Results： The incubation periods of straddle, insertion and ejaculation of blank group were longer than normal group, and the frequency of straddle, insertion and ejaculation were lesser than normal group （P 〈0.05）. The incuba- tion periods of straddle, insertion and ejaculation of Yimusake group were shorter than blank group and Nanbao group, but longer than normal group, and the frequency of straddle, insertion and ejaculation of Yimusake group were more than blank group and Nanbao group, but lesser than normal group （P 0.05）. Conclusion： （1） Hemi castration can lead to the decrescence of sex function. （2） Yimusake tablet can elevate the sex function of hemi castration male rats significantly.
