宫颈癌中CD147、MMP-3的表达及其临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的表达与宫颈癌浸润、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和10例轻度慢性宫颈炎组织中CD147、MMP-3的表达。结果:宫颈癌组织中CD147的阳性表达率为82.0%,高于轻度慢性宫颈炎组织(40.0%),(P<0.01)。MMP-3在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为86.0%,在CIN中的阳性率为83.3%,明显高于轻度慢性宫颈炎组织中的阳性表达率(20.0%),(P<0.05~0.01);CD147、MMP-3的表达与组织分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、民族、肿块大小无关(P>0.05)。宫颈癌组中CD147和MMP-3的表达呈正相关(r=0.441,P<0.01)。结论:CD147可能促进了MMP-3的表达,CD147和MMP-3可共同作为宫颈癌浸润、转移的评价指标。 Objective: To detect the expression of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) in cervical carcinoma tissues and further to explore the correlation between their expression and the invasion and me tastasis of cervical carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD147 and MMP-3 were examined with inmunohistochemical technique (S-P) in the specmiens gathered from 50 cases of cervical carcinoma and 30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 10 cases of cervical epithelium. Results: The positive expression percentage of CD147 was 82.0% in cervical carcinoma tissues, which was higher in cervical carcinoma than that in the cervical epithelium tissues (40.0%, P 〈0.01). The percentage of positive expression MMP 3 was 86.0% in cervical cancer and was 83.3% in CIN, which were higher in cervical epithelium tissues (20.0%, P〈0.05-0.01). The expression of CD147 and MMP-3 were correlated with the differentiation of tumor cells and lymph node metastasis (P d0. 05), but not with the age, the nationality and tumour size (P 0.05). The expression of CD147 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP3 in cervical carcinoma (r =0. 441, P d0.01). Conchtsion: The expression of CD147 was positively related to that of MMP-3, CD147 and MMP-3 could be potential indexes of envaluating invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
