摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜联合钬激光技术治疗尿道狭窄的初步临床结果。方法:采用输尿管镜联合钬激光技术治疗20例尿道狭窄,观察其临床疗效及并发症的发生情况。结果:20例均一次手术成功。有5例患者拔管后1个月内出现尿线变细,经定期尿道扩张后治愈,另15例患者无需尿道扩张,排尿通畅。结论:钬激光联合输尿管镜技术为尿道狭窄提供一种低创的手术方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Holmium laser urethrotomy under ureteroscope on urethral stricture. Methods： Twenty cases with urethral stricture accepted urethrotomy with Holmium laser under ureteroscopy. The therapeutic effect and complication were observed. Results： Operation was performed successfully in every cases; All cases were followed up for 1--]5 months, and 5 of them need urethral dilatation termly. Conclusion： Endoscopic surgery with ureteroscopy and Holmium laser supply an effective method for urethral stricture with slight trauma.
