摘要
目的观察伤害性刺激对家兔定量药物脑电图(quaxtita tive pharnaco-EEG,QPEEG)8频段的影响。方法壮年家兔,雌雄不拘,随机分为擦拭组、钳夹组、切皮组,建立肌松兔模型后分别给予棉球擦拭、钳夹、切皮刺激。应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析技术,观察刺激前后兔δ频段功率百分比的变化。结果与刺激前相比,棉球擦拭组δ频段功率百分比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);钳夹组在左枕、右颞脑区δ频段功率百分比降低(P〈0.05),持续至钳夹后30秒~60秒;切皮组在切皮后30秒-2min内,各脑区8频段功率百分比均明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论伤害性刺激引起兔QPEEGδ频段功率百分比降低,提示δ频段功率百分比有可能成为反映镇痛程度的指标。
Objective To study the effects of nocuous stimulation on δ-band of quantitative pharmaco-EEG (QPEEG) in rabbits. Methods Twenty seven rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=9), and were ventilated with barbiturate sodium and vecuronium. Animals were stimulated with mopping skin(group M); holding forceps(group H) or cutting skin(group C). EEG activity was monitored and processed with the power spectral analysis before and after stimulation. Results The percentage of δ-band power showed no significant changes with stimulation in group M, decreased in the left pulvinar and right temporal bone areas of brain within 0.5-1 min after stimulation in group H (P〈0.05), and decreased significantly in all the cerebral areas within 0.5,2 min after stimulation in group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of nocuous stimulation decreasing the percentage of δ-band power indicates that the percentage of δ-band power may become an effective means of monitoring pain stress.
