产业变迁不仅是一个自然的、内生的演化过程,而且是一个制度设计、政府推进的过程。产业变迁模式的创新服务于产业变迁的目标,受制于技术创新、经济发展水平、资源配置方式与资源禀赋程度的约束。依据产业变迁的主体与动力不同,产业变迁的方式可分为强制性与诱致性产业变迁;依据产业变迁的速度不同可把产业变迁分为突变式与渐进式的产业变迁。

Industry transition is not only a natural endogenous evolvement progress, but also a system design progress. The industry transition mode serves for its target, which is enslaved to technology innovation, economy development level and resource endowment. Industry transition could be classified to compulsive change and induced change according to the principal part and power. Also it could be classified to breaking change and gradual change according to the changing speed.
