Attaching importance to the cadre education training is a fine tradition of our Party. Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, our Party have made a lot of effort to develop cadre education training and regarded it as a precursive, foundational and strategical project. They have worked around the central task closely, worked hard to grasp the rule of cadres＇ growth, promoted cadre education training to move toward thescientifie style, and tried to make a group of qualified educators.
