摘要
根据碳酸锰矿内在成分的特点,结合中锰焊剂的技术要求,确定碱度,然后配合焊丝和钢板进行焊接。结果表明,只要克服碳酸锰矿中含氧化镁高的不利因素,进行新的组份设计,可以用来生产新的中锰型焊剂。
According to the characteristics of manganese carbonate components and the technical essentials of medium-manganese welding flux, the alkality of the welding flux was determined. The corresponding welding flux was used according to the welding wire and steel plate. The manganese carbonate can be used to produce medium-manganese welding flux only by lowering the content of magnesium oxide in manganese carbonate and making new component design.
