介绍了电解金属锰废渣专用基示范工程测产验收情况，着重对电锰渣返土还真立论依据及技术要点进行了分析。
A description is made of measurement of the crop output of the pilot project with electrolytic manganese residues as special base fertilizer. An emphasis is put on the analysis of the theoretical basis and the technical essentials of returning electrolytic manganese metal residues to soil.
