摘要
1999年第三次全国教育工作会议启动了教师教育改革。十年来,我国师范院校积极探索教师教育专业化改革的模式。目前,师范大学教师教育的管理体制和运行机制已呈现出五大改革模式。这些不同模式其实是在三个问题上的不同选择的组合。不同模式是师范大学根据各自情况理性选择的结果,具有各自的适应性。
The reform of teacher education was launched after the 3rd national conference on education was held in 1999. Over the past 10 years, the normal universities explored modes of reforming teacher education professionalization. Till now, the normal universities showed five modes of teacher education management structure and running mechanics. Actually these modes are the different composition on three aspects. And these modes displayed their adaptability, as the result of rational choice according to their own situations.
