Construction of open and cooperative school-running mode for higher vocational colleges under the view of ecology——A base of Zhejiang Financial College

摘要 高职院校在由规模扩张向内涵建设转型过程中,由于整体发展时间短,其办学生态需要优化,以解决发展中存在的生态承载力、制度、文化等方面的生态危机。浙江金融职业学院通过构建"行业、校友、集团共生态"的开放合作办学模式,重构了以资源为核心的自然环境,以制度为核心的社会环境,以文化为核心的价值环境,营造了良好的办学生态。 Higher vocational colleges have currently identified their open and cooperative education philosophy in the transition from outer expansion to inner quality perfection. Due to their comparatively short period of overall development, however, they need to optimizetheir inner structure to resolve the crises existing in capacity, system and culture. Confronted with this challenge, Zhejiang Financial College has applied ecology to its educational mode and created an open and cooperative one, involving the industries concerned, alumni and enterprise groups to reconstruct the resource-centered natural environment, the system-oriented social environment and the culture-cherished value environment to build a virtuous school-running ecosystem.
