摘要
通过对外高桥发电有限公司节能减排工作和成效进行调研,发现该公司节能减排工作中存在着多种规律,即:持之以恒是降耗的前提;资金支持是脱硫的保障;技术改造是节能减排的基础;全方位管理彰显节能减排的成效.
From the research on the energy-saving and emission reduction of Waigaoqiao Power Generation Co. Ltd. , it is found that the company＇ s energy-saving emission reduction work has successful multiple laws： the basic laws for a durative energy-saving, the laws of protection from financial supporting, the mainstream laws for teehnical transformation, the durative laws for multiaspect management, and so on. These laws prove to be effective in energy-saving and emission reduction.
