浅析我国环境刑法及其完善

改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,同时环境犯罪案件也不断增多。1997刑法典开创了我国环境保护的新局面。但我国的环境刑事立法仍存在环境犯罪种类偏少、刑罚力度不够等问题。进一步修改和完善我国的环境刑事立法以适应环境犯罪的特殊性要求,将成为必然趋势。

With the development of economy, the environmental problems gets outstanding gradually. The environmental crime prob- lem is increasingly serious and it has come into the view of the world.Countries put it into treatment by politics、economy、technique, and law including criminal law at the same time. On the angle of development,revising environmental criminal law and perfect it to adapt to the special need that environmental crime requests.
