输电线可控线损防覆冰无功优化控制方法 被引量:9

摘要 为减小覆冰对电网正常运行的影响,提出了一种输电线可控线损防覆冰无功优化控制方法。该方法以输电线防覆冰为目标,通过无功补偿控制线路的无功电流,逐步增大可能覆冰线路的工作电流,在不影响电网安全运行的前提下,使其稍大于线路的临界不覆冰电流,用工作电流所产生的线路功率损耗的热量平衡线路覆冰所需的热量,从而破坏覆冰形成的条件,防止覆冰的形成。采用MATLAB对IEEE 30节点系统进行验证性的仿真计算,其结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性,并通过局部无功调整、局部无功优化和全网无功优化3种控制的对比分析,说明了全网优化的无功补偿控制效果最好,即系统网损最小。 To reduce the impact of icing on a power grid, a method based on the controllable line losses by reactive power control is presented. For the propose of anti-icing, the iced line current is gradually increased through regulating reactive current to increase the line loss. To maintain the safety of the power system, the current through the iced line is slightly greater than the critical current. In this method, the heat produced by the working current through a line is used to balance the heat for icing. As a result, the ice formation condition is broken. The proposed method is verified by MATLAB on the IEEE-30 system. The simulation results prove its feasibility and effectiveness. The comparison of the local reactive power adjustment, the local reactive power optimization and the optimization of the whole network reactive power control shows that the whole network optimization of reactive power compensation control is the best with the minimal system loss.
